Bob oversees the production and sales eforts of over 100 brokers, 45+ licensed assistants, a full-time staff of 5 with an annual sales volume of over $2.4B and is heavily involved in recruting. He has a deep understanding of how to support sales while also being a broker himself. He specialized in residential properties in the greater Eastside Seattle area. With an uncanny ability to connect with people, Bob is a natural at real estate management. His sense of humor and candor fosters trust. Outside the office, he's a family man, father to two young men and a former PTA President. While involved in the community, Bob enjoys his love of family and friends, the outdoors and travel adventures abroad.
Stephanie Walsh
Office Manager
Stephanie was born and raised in the greater Seattle area, before getting her Bachelor's in Business Administration - Marketing from Western Washington University. She loves iced coffee, reading, and planning her future travel adventures. Stephanie has worked in real estate for almost 20 years, she is excited to be joining the Yarrow Bay team!
Sammi McHenry

Sammi graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Communication. She loves binge watching Friends and Harry Potter. She enjoys spending time with her family cooking and baking. Her dog, Zeus, can often be found by her side! With experience in marketing and customer service, she's excited to now be in real estate!
Rachel Loofburrow
Broker Services Coordinator
Rachel graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Journalism and a concentration in Public Relations. She enjoys hiking and reading thrillers. She recently moved to Woodinville and loves being close to all the wineries! Having spent 3 years in property management, she is excited to dive into the real estate world.
Lindsay Marshall

Lindsay spent the first couple of years with Windermere at the Issaquah office then joined the Yarrow Bay team and couldn't be happier! After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Psychology she started working for Windermere. When she’s not working she loves to ski, hunt for vintage treasures and wine taste.
